I don't care unless the artist pretends they didn't trace it. Worse, this artist is taking commissions. Someone may end up paying $30 for a mediocre trace and recolor of another artist's work.

Note the traced art (and yes, I know the difference between ref and trace, this is clearly traced, also note how much flatter the tail looks compared to the rest of the image), gender is noted as female, blurry picture of an attractive woman to represent the artist, plus is a gamer and toon-porn fan.

Just some person who found a way to make easy money from neckbeards.
