The_Bashar: Because it was wrong. Bigtyme took some artistic liberties and seriously inflated her, I just scaled her back down to how she appears in the show.

And Anon1, we only see her bare feet in one episode that I can think of, Marceline's Closet, and yes she does have 3 toes there. But if you watch, most of the time when they aren't trying to focus on her hands she only has 3 fingers as well.
I would rather assume its conservation of animation, and that she (and everyone else) has 4 fingers and 4 toes all the time, they just don't bother to draw them all unless there is a reason to (and with her feet being an active part of this pic, it would qualify for showing all the toes, IMO).
