undeadclown: Usually I love lesbians, but yeah any time I see Rose/Kanaya I next immediately. It just bugs me on a lot of levels for some reason, which made the recent updates annoying, obviously.
Still, just because one thing happens to be "canon" at the moment, it doesn't mean the other can't be later.

Rose/Kanaya can be a bit subjective, so a more objective example is Jade/Karkat. Because Jade's totally going to fall for a guy that spent the majority of her first 13 years a living hell, right?
