Baab: Because I think, people take the character too seriously to be used for hentai with the cannon girls due to his controversial personality and role in the series as the actually main antagonist.
But it still does justify the actually pairings with him and boys like Naruto and Sai and such since he has much hatred for men as women. Women fans really ruin the characters image as far as I'm concerned.
