chrissy: I feel conflicted about Jacob. He is a very awesome team mate. He is even funny at times... But he is the only black man in Mass Effect on your team. If you romance him in ME2, he cheats on you, and gets another woman pregnant in ME3.... Am I the only one that sees that as just a bit racist!?

Zaxares: Jacob's personality is fine. He's a calm, level-headed guy who I'd love to have my back in a firefight. He's just absolutely boring as a romance interest. It's pretty obvious that whoever wrote his romance did not put much effort into it at all.

Kaiden is white too. Alenko being a Russian (Slavic) name doesn't make him any less so since ethnic Russians (and Slavs) are white, though it depends on which part of the country his family is from since Russia is.. you know.. Really fucking big and full of lots of different kinds of people.
