Tubby Fluttershy (i.e. a cute amount of pudge) is pretty headcanon. But I wouldn't necessarily call this "fat"; the extra weight only exaggerates her "womanly figure" rather than make it more difficult to distinguish as a truly significant amount of weight might. Of course, for your weight to distribute like this irl, I can only imagine you must be hella lucky.
PinkBallons: @Lapp: Unfortunately I've never come across such luck. The closest I've seen is a girl that had all of it go literally straight to her thighs, but that looked more than a little odd, due to how disproportional it was.
