DomPfaff: It's really easy if you know the steps..
1. Convert it to *.avi with "WinAVI All-In-One-Converter"
2. Open the *.avi in AnimationShop
3. Cut some frames, resize the animation or whatever you want to do...
4. Resize the animation (if needed)(because of the file size)
5. Save the animation as *gif (if it's to big you sometimes need to resize it or, if it's a 4bit animation, you have to shrink the file size)
At least check the size and follow, if needed, step 5 again...
