Lapp: @PinkBallons: Maybe it's because we both like seeing our waifus from persectives that the rest of the fandom doesn't necessarily see them from. I.e. I like seeing Chrysalis in a sincerely romantic, loving kinda way, but most pics are of her in gang bang or looking frighteningly whorish, as seen above (hell, her being a whore isn't even that OOC, and I'm not trying to debate that, it just doesn't appeal to me).
Funnily enough, if I'm not mistaken, that pretty accurately reflects your feelings on Pinkie. :P
PinkBallons: @Lapp: Yeah, it does, heh. I've been thinking about how similar the two of them are as of late: while Chrysalis feeds on love, Pinkie feeds on laughter. If she isn't making her friends laugh, Pinkie simply isn't Pinkie anymore, and while we don't exactly know what happens when Chrysalis goes too long without love, I can't image it's pretty.
Lapp: @PinkBallons: I'd always guessed death, but now that you bring it up, I wonder what the canon answer to that would be, since I doubt they'd outright state "death" in FiM.
