The part of her mane going along her back looks off too...I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with it, though.

The length of her legs, combined with the general compactness of her main body kinda make her look like a filly. Plus, that's the way her mane looked back then.

Faptacular: @KennyTheFanBoy: I think the placement of the tail is fine, (though it might be a little off-center) so move the anus and vag up and now that I've given it another look make them a bit bigger to balance out with the size of her flanks. (Unless of course you're going for cute-chubby.)
If the pointy nose thing is part of your style then I'll respectfully remove the objection to it. Sometimes a commonality like that helps make it recognizable rather than detrimental. I'll need to see more of your work.
Anonymous10: There's a slight issue with her ribcage. It's a curve when it should be more or less straight across. If you try to draw the line of her underside from chest to crotch, the visible belly/stomach is too high up. It should be positioned lower, or else the line should be straight across.
If I were you, I'd practice measuring the proportions of the ponies' bodies in the show. The head, neck, torso, and hips are all a little 'off', which is what's giving the 'filly' impression.
