fishmonger: @Anonymous: It says 「びくびく」, or "bikubiku," which doesn't really have a direct translation. It's basically onomatopoeia for a rapid heartbeat or concern about something bad happening, but in this case I think it's supposed to be the sound of the brush tickling her nipple.
