if u use the programm IrfanView for example, u can adjust the quality when saving.
so the larger image has better picture quality.
that might also be the reason the "dupe scanner" thought they were different pics

Does anyone know why this image is 142.5 KB and the other is merely 37? They have identical dimensions and are both JPGs, not sure what causes it.
