goober: Hanssen69, What do you mean? it's the character 'Maho Minami' from the Manga & Anime series called 'BECK' or 'BECK - Mongolian Chop Squad', the artist is badassk9/Stan & the source is there.
Also, I agree with the sentiments of the posters here about wishing there was more BECK pics. only BECK stuff I've ever seen is this & the pic in Anon6's post, which is a good pic, and I was gonna upload it but after the hassles that me uploading a pic from the same source, but less tame >>208640 I reckoned I'd just stick a link in the comments.
