If it becomes overwhelming, or you don't have a PC, then "PixAi" is a free and very easy to use site for newcomers.
It's very impressive how simple it is to use these tools. Just don't spam everything you'll generate everywhere.
AI is unfortunately frowned upon a lot of places online due to a number of reasons (some of which are honestly irrational and hypocritical), but mostly over the lack of quality control by many of the users.
