And everyone said it's confirmer female in japan ONLY because Goombella called her a girl in the end. She recognized vivian as a girl, she didn't say she really was one. And I can confirm this because in the spanish version one of the shadow sirens clearly calls: "Why are we called the Shadow Sirens? Vivian isn't even a girl, he's our brother."
