For those who know, this is actually an Ultimate Universe reference— hence the costume. Zooey was meant to play Janet had they not cut her from the script; but seeing as Ultimate Janet was half-East Asian, my initial suggestion was to do this with Zhang Ziyi. We remembered that we wanted to do a Zooey one, though... so she was ultimately (bad pun) who we settled on.
Anonymous1: I think Betty made the most sense since Hulk is connected to Banner and Banner has this love for her. If I had to pick someone else outside of that to calm him down, Mantis whose powers deals with emotions and she can put Ego to sleep and freeze Thanos for a bit seems like a logical solution to the angry rage monster.
