The "weird" Toby mentions is the fact that their sex was almost certainly anal only and she wouldn't let him put it "up the front", as it were.
As he doesn't know about her previous gender before the ending he would have just thought it was odd. If she was pre-op, there's almost no way he wouldn't have noticed her penis. It's common sense.
Anyway, thank god there's at least one good non-dick art piece for her. Knowing she doesn't have the dangle, I'd hit that. Plus she's clearly just cool as fuck in the game ;)
