Anonymous7: Actually, I believe the animators confirmed that either Mufasa or Scar is her father. I'm thinking Scar since cousins marrying is slightly more acceptable than siblings marrying.
Anonymous8: But I think they cut a scene from the movie where Scar was planning to marry Nala, which was her reason for running away (it might be in the play version, I know they re-added a lot of deleted scenes to it). Marrying your daughter is probably even less acceptable than marrying your sister, so I doubt she's Scar's child.
