Fantasy is only perceived to be superior because it fits with exactly what the imaginative mind wants. Men can be just as deceitful and fake orgasms, men can be botches, men can have complexities. Females can be satisfied but it varies person to person and situation to situation. Females gaining penises isn't going to make men obsolete- it's possible men also mutate to have vaginas. Or perhaps it's only the sexual organ without the full reproductive ability, in which case men won't be obsolete. Even IF such mutations come to exist it will not make either gender obsolete.

On a happier note I enjoy the style of this picture and how it so closely resembles the actual show. Colors are reasonable, expressions are vivid, and the overall idea is very good. It isn't often you see Kari topping Angewomon.
Though I suggest to the artist that he or she work on proportions and angle. Perhaps add more details.
