Anonymous1: Sad thing is, I don't think this is actually 'R34' material. I recall seeing an interview with the dude who drew this, to depict how aliens abducted him and had sex with him to make 'hybrids' (although this picture may be 'modified', I don't recall him ever showing a picture where he was sucking the tit of one ^_^)
