Ambiguity: @Knockers: Actually, still no! If the nature of the genitals remains ambiguous, it is still not considered 63. 63 only applies if the picture itself depicts it, something in the text of the picture suggests it, or the artist who created it specifically says that it is 63!
ZeroXDash: The entire reason the genitalia was edited out was to turn this into 63. You dont have to like it. You dont have to endorse it. If its something you dont like, theres plenty of futa kuja out there by the same artist.
