Anonymous2: @Anonymous: In the first panel you can see that she has no panties and that the wind blow away some of her pubic hair. So Jucika is just embarrassed that her hair has ruined that person's ice cream and she takes one for herself by paying more and not taking the rest, giving no explanation because she's too embarrassed.
