If you intentionally try to mitigate this by comparing it to real things ("LITERALLY X") that is just lazy scaremongering; using a word with a heavy stigma and ignoring an important difference you know exists: one of those things involves real harm, the other is just imagination.

But it's a shallow victory for you, because reality can't be molded by force; the truth is immutable and the truth is that producing and distributing this art is not inherently harmful and therefore it should be allowed in a free society; y'know, ours.
Do you still find it disgusting? Cool. I find scat detestable. Should I go harass people into not drawing it? No. What I should do is realize that preferences are a personal matter and grow up.
