It's weird. I don't know why an artist would save a pic as swf if there's no animation or interaction. It's not even vectored, just a png. Without any signature or metadata.

There are a couple of drawings I've found here over the years they were uploaded here (only here) and don't have any artist tag on them... A real shame because they are REALLY GOOD stuff.
