Thats like, 10 minutes for him at this point. I bet if he could put high heels on her arms too so he wouldnt have to paint her fingers he'd have done so.
He probably spend as much effort on the head as on everything else combined.
He can definitely produce quality images when he's in the mood, but when he's not we get art version of mass production.
