Nymousano: @Anonymous: Ah, yeah. Well, it´s mostly because of the eyes. In anime and manga they often use reflexions of light to make the eyes look "alive". When somebody is going into delirium or something, they left out the reflexions. Sometimes in anime they´re just fading to show a girl is either dying or getting in trance or something like that.
