Anonymous1: The hair looks more Tim. Dick wore the same hair from the 60s to the 80s. Then he grew it out and eventually had a mullet and a ponytail. (A bad guy cut off his ponytail. Rape of the lock is better than that other kind, Mirage.)

The flat top is something Tim has worn in cartoons, but I don't think Dick's worn anything like it since the 50s.
