Launch dresses sexier in my opinion. Plus she did the blonde bad girl that warms up to the good guys overtime who falls in love with a baldie way before 18 did. 18 is just a powered up retread and the biggest change to her character happens offscreen which honestly makes the writing for her feel somehow weaker than that of what is basically a background character that the writer just kinda forgot about.
