Her realizing that her dad is a scummy person that took credit for something a young boy did. Maybe see her slowly grow and actually develop her relationship with Gohan... but this is a punching and screaming anime. 18’s not much better btw.
Binksy: @Anonymous: Agreed, Videl was totally wasted in the Buu saga. And everything after that, no matter which sequel you consider canon. Sure, there was no way any human could be relevant in fights by that point, but she still could have had some character growth.

18 is much better right now, she was in the tournament of Power and in the earth defense force, so were the main human fighters.
