On another point, if you want to appeal to law as an excuse, fictional characters do not apply into the law of prohibition of distribution of underage material and therefore its not illegal. If Connie was a real human being depicted in a sexual manner, that should be illegal, but it is not the case. Even more this piece of art is protected under the law of freedom of expression and it's contained in a page that states it's content to be for people 18 and up, therefore not only you are wrong to say this is illegal you are also infringing on the rights of others.
As a side note, there are countries that don't allow the depiction of minors in art in any form. If you are in one of those countries, you are right now committing a crime since watching it makes yo complicit in the distribution of underage material.
