Penguinque: Wait, you have to add Disney to the Marvel tags now?

Is this really neccessary?

Anonymous1: yes

craggle: no, but you add disney tags to disney characters. like this one, from the replacements, a disney show.

Anonymous2(1): I still say yes.

Anonymous3: Disney just owns Marvel. They don't create the characters.

Anonymous4(1): they own the characters, so they get the tags

craggle: marvel will remain a separate company. if we tag everything based on their parent companies, there'd be a bunch of useless tags with thousands of pictures under them that nobody who is searching really cares about and everybody would have to do a lot more research on what is the top company that owns any character.

when you click on the disney tag you want disney characters. when you click on the marvel tag you want marvel characters. there's no need to complicate it.

Anonymous5: I like the earring. The extra bits make pics like these.

Anonymous6: Anon3 - Except that, in this & other cases, you have a Disney character dressing like a Marvel character, so both tags are appropriate. Same goes for any 2 other company's characters cosplaying each other.
