Short Answer: An admin of an FE page is getting cucked by another admin of another FE page.
Long Answer: The drawing is representing two admins of two spanish FE Facebook pages: the Canas is representing CeVaz, the main admin of Mememblem, while the guy fucking Gunnthra is Bogard (who is just represented as Terry Bogard with his blue costume, being also the reason of why Gun has the Fatal Fury cap), also being the main admin of his page Shitpost Emblem.
Both pages aren't in very good terms with each other, so apparently the one who made the comission had the brilliant idea of putting Bogard fucking CeVaz waifu in front of him, and essentially "cucking" him. Why would someone comission this? I don't know, and I certainly don't want to know it.
... Oh, and the Corrin Plushie is a reference to a Mememblem meme, where it is supposed to be some kind of evil being or something like that.
