The best we can expect are the fanfictions: I believe this picture is inspired by a scene from the fic/pseudo-route "Summer's Clover", written by one of the game's route writers and available at the "KS-Renai-US" forums. Told from Miki's point of view, it allows the reader to choose between dating Hisao or Suzu --sorry, no "ménage à trois"!
