@Anonymous: Only if you read the garbage current comics, he get's zero respect there and barely has anything in common with his original version. The character has been treated like crap because of the personal hatred of the guy in charge of DC. Before his reboot, no one would have dared to mess with Dick, because they feared and/or respected him. Just like they wouldn't mess with Batman. Even Bane told a group of villains to retreat as to not mess with Nightwing.
