Heck even the creator of the Androids in the game, flexes his copies of the Android in the main menu screen, as if they were some Playboy models. The Androids have a self cleaning and refurbishing mechanism.
Also nothing about the actual picture says it's Kara herself, the taggers used that to indentify the character in the picture, if anything, this could just be another copy, another Android.
