Anonymous3: Absolutely! BadBrains is top of the list for still portraits, especially due to shading.
Tied for number 2 is Croc and Trampararam.
Next comes Sfan, who does animated quality work, and is ALWAYS perfect in drawing.
Then comes GP375, who is usually perfect, but sometimes misses. This is one of his great works.
