Anonymous1: Why is Hekapoo even black? Like why is that a thing? I mean I do like darker girls sometimes, but isn't she supposed to be ultra white, and with yellow horns? This just feels wrong... I thought the Halloween pic was okay since I thought the black color was part of the costume (like how Star was green), but this I don't get at all...
Anonymous2: She was in the cake while it was being baked since she is a fire elemental the heat didn't kill her but it still left her skin browned like meat. It's like a sun burn or tan it will wear off at some point, probably.
ADZE: @Anonymous: It's because the artist drew her as a human and decided to make that her skin tone. I thought it was pretty obvious. They're emulating Erobuggy's fanart (of which the comments also somehow don't get that she's meant to be a human.)
