Farfegnugen: People do, but porn of porn characters is not allowed because porn already exists, making them not Rule 34. However, if paired with or cosplay as another character that qualifys as Rule 34, then it's fine.
Noka: @Farfegnugen: I'm not entirely sure that's true. Taimanin Yukikaze has over 300 images on here. I know you're a mod, but that leads me to believe that porn of porn characters is allowed as long as it's fanmade and not from the series itself.
