The only problem was that it was a nudist beach.
Raven and Starfire, the only female members that was available for this undercover mission, had to go nude in order to mingle with the others. Of course, blending in was a failure from the very beginning, given their reputation and their distinct features. Fortunately, they didn't need to blend in, since this pervert was so lustful that he didn't care who he was molesting.
