Zaxares: @Anonymous: I certainly think it's plausible, but I can see where Anons 1 and 3 are coming from. To Tolkien, elves were the "perfect lifeform", so to speak. Superior to humans and other races in every way, so the idea that he would allow orcs, a gross corruption of the perfect ideal, to be "superior" in some way to the original elves does seem unlikely.
Anonymous5(4): @Zaxares: I understand this, but even in his own stories, orcs had some advantages over elves, even if they were few. Also, I am pretty sure the average orc and elf in the popular media is not exactly the same as Tolkien have created.

While it make sense that halflings and gnomes would have dicks that are only 2"-3" long, this image ignores the fact that halflings and gnomes are only about 3-4' tall and hence fails to take into account body proportions. A 3" dick on a 3' tall humanoid is going to look the similar, if not the same, as a 6" dick on a 6' humanoid.
