Since it's ordinarily an inherently unrealistic fetish (since for obvious reasons you can't swallow someone the same size as you unless you're a snake), it can have unrealistic outcomes, such as the prey surviving being eaten/not being digested/returning to life after being digested. Those who get squicked by vore focus too much on the death part, when (while there HAS been a big push for fatal vore in the fandom in the last few years) it doesn't always involve death at all. And anyway, this needn't even necessarily be vore at all; Wile E. is just holding Timon in his mouth. He could spit Timon out after he gets done fucking his tongue. ....
