Indiscriminate or excessive harassment of a person who has not earned it may be punished at the admins' discretion, especially if the person is an artist. That said, our definition of excessive is much less strict than most sites. Definitely forbidden are threats and the posting of information that could harm or identify a person in real life, such as phone numbers or pics that include the person's face (even if you claim it is you, it could be a lie).
