There's a guy named Chris or something similar that HATES Gary because he loves Rockhopper, and in the Inside Out Takeover party Rockhopper's emotions got all fucked up and Gary was by his side trying to help him, right? But this Chris guy interpreted it as Gary doing experiments on Rockhopper and so he's infamous in the WHOLE FANDOM around that time for being an ANNOYING PRICK who never takes a hint and gave people shit for even remotely liking Gary (which is a lot of people). His landline was allegedly blocked in Club Penguin offices, too, apparently XD for calling them so much and complaining about Gary.
