eleeinos: Wow, I never noticed someone had replied to this back then. Well, it's simple. Big toes are on the inside, hers is on the outside. In this pose, this is how her right foot would look like, not her left. She practically has two right feet in this image. Just rotate her legs downward in your mind, in a more "neutral" lying position and you'll see it. Or, if you have trouble doing that, get in this position yourself and see where your toes are. :p
