Freezer: @zigmas: To answer your question: it's a running gag in Team Four Star's Dragon Ball Z Abridged. Anytime Goku says "Kaioken", his opponent responds with "Kai-what?" Which is immediately followed with said opponent getting socked in the face. It even snuck into the first Goku/Superman Death Battle.
