Where they were in Lilo's shoes and their mother/caretaker tried everything to keep them, and I do mean everything, only for the social worker to act like Cobra in this and use the younger artist day after day, that's the vibe I get from this, and that broken heart at the end over the artist's name may be a hint towards that.
