ToriTentacleLover: My question here becomes why he would bother to change Dipper (probably takes a lot of power to alter both the body and degrade a curious mind) instead of just offering a deal to someone who wasn't prepared, and screwing them over with a loophole, like making Lazy Susan 40 years younger and only marginally dumber. I'm also generally put off by non-consensual transformations, and it's pretty clear that this was just killing (and sexually assaulting) Dipper with extra steps.
