SamuelSadi: @Anonymous: Rule 63 is for Timantha, the female version of Timmy. Dipper, still has a bulge that shows penis and balls, so he would still be male. As the other characters are their 'normal for the shows' genders. Timantha, which was in the show, though is normally Timmy, I have to think that Rule 63 applies to her, (Who doesn't have a bulge. But this is on'y an assumption, as Mister D would be the one that would know, without a doubt, who is who. I'm just guessing really.
