traffik: These seem to be background characters from the Mickey Mouse series of shorts done in the last few years.
@Hromovlad: I removed the character tags. They're background characters. They have no names. Just because some artist latches on to them, draws dozens of pictures of them and assigns them names, doesn't make it official.
ThunderFap: @traffik: it wasnt just one artist that did it, the name comes from /co/ everyone calls her topsy. she's just like leggy lamb who also was just a background character but got popular, is legy gonna have her tag removed too?
