traffik: @Anonymous: @RPGkid: Dutchess didn't post or tag this either, so if one of you two are the one who called them out on 8ch, slow your roll. You're taking what might be an innocent tagging error and turning it into an accusation of art theft.

traffik: @Anonymous: Then report them as such. As an anon, you may not have the ability to PM paheal staff on-site, but you can e-mail them. If Duchess is truly stealing other artist's work (and not just editing it, which is allowed), they'll do something about it.
traffik: @Anonymous: And BTW, I don't have time to go through their entire gallery based on your claim, so if you want to be convincing, provide a couple of specific examples of pics that they stole. Pics that have Duchess' tag on it, that were actually drawn by someone else, and are not edits.

Anonymous3: @traffik: lol no one have time for that. and the original artist doesn't really seem to care about the problem. i do believe that flagging in the comment section is more than enough. its a simple but clear message to Dutchess. "do not steal other's work. everyone is watching. you can't lie on the internet. people will always find the truth." we're only defending the original artist. but if the guy him/herself doesn't want to take action, we'll respect that.
