Anonymous1: @Jackofhearts69: It IS Casper, actually. This is based on the episode "Rebel Without a Date", where he takes on a James Dean inspired look to try to impress Nicole, a French exchange student. But then Spooky flirts with Nicole, while Poil starts find Casper attractive XD
